EVERLY'S EMO ENCLAVE

Hi!!!1!1 My name is Everly (a.k.a. "Emorett" online)! I'm a college student, a concert junkie, and incredibly emo xD

I'm currently in college for a bachelor's in cognitive science and a minor in women's studies. While in school, I've been able to get involved in my local punk hardcore scene, see live music, and meet cool people!

My love for the emo, punk, and hardcore scenes runs deep. Since entering college, I've finally gained the degree of freedom needed to start expressing myself the way I've always wanted. While part of that expression is my genderfluidity, another significant part is my involvement and indulgence in emo, punk, and hardcore culture. My style and music taste is mostly early 2000's to early 2010's emo, while my local punk and hardcore scenes have enabled me to get involved in activist struggles and support grassroots music creation and events.

As you can probably already tell, music is a huge part of my personality! My favorite genres include emo, hardcore, punk, metal, sasscore, goth rock, and alternative.



In addition to music, I FKING LOVE MINECRAFT!!!1!1 xD Lmao anyway, I've been playing Minecraft ever since my sister introduced me to the Pocket Edition in 2012. After getting my own Java Edition account in 2013, the rest has been history! My favorite ways to play include playing old-school survival singleplayer (my fav version for this is 1.5.2), making computational redstone in modern versions, and building houses in a plethora of building styles.

I've always really wanted to make a personal website, so now here I am! After taking courses on Java and Python, I got inspired to teach myself HTML and CSS. With all of this technical knowledge and inspo from around the indie web, I've finally crafted a little place of my own! I hope u enjoy ur stay!
